MBA in Business Management is a flagship two year full time residential program spread over 6 terms. Founded in 1987, and part of the XIM University, XIMB has grown to be widely recognized for its emphasis on academic excellence and rich practical fieldwork, despite being one of the newest B-School. The course curriculum will take students through building blocks of business such as finance, marketing and human resources, and also offer several electives in emerging areas such as business analytics, digital marketing, supply chain management and entrepreneurship. Summer internships, industry projects, capstone projects ensure students gain practical exposure to transition from textbook knowledge to real business problems. In addition, beyond academics XIMB focuses on the building of leadership, decision making, communication and teamwork skills, to equip its students to thrive in a dynamic business organisation. Campus of the college has the modern infrastructure ensuring a conductive atmosphere for learning with spacious well ventilated lecture halls, seminar hall, well organized library, well equipped computer lab and hostel, sports, play grounds and extracurricular activities providing knowledge and physical development in the same time frame.
