About us
Udupi Group of Institutions, Manipal, began its educational mission in 2002, laying the foundation with two pioneering colleges: Udupi Institute of Hotel & Tourism Science, affiliated with Mangalore University, and Udupi College of Nursing, aligned with Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru, both established under the Government of Karnataka's approval.
Acknowledging the varied academic pursuits of its students, the institution broadened its offerings by launching new professional degree programs. This growth led to the establishment of Udupi School of Nursing, approved by the Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board, Bengaluru, alongside Udupi College of Physiotherapy. These additions significantly expanded the educational opportunities available to aspiring professionals.
